Hebros is a family idea three generations in the making: the eye of a grocery merchant, the ethics of a teacher, and a father’s wish to feed his children — and a country — food that’s tasty, affordable and high in protein.

It begins with a grocery wholesale merchant — a trader who judged quality by hand and built relationships on fair dealing. That instinct for sourcing well, and pricing honestly, runs in the family still.

The father

A teacher who lived for ethics

His son gave his life to education — a social, principled schoolteacher who believed in doing things the right way and lifting others up. From him comes our insistence on rigour, standards and integrity.

Today a father of two — a ten-year-old and a six-year-old who simply love to eat — asked a question every Indian parent feels: why isn’t there tasty, affordable, genuinely nourishing quick food made the right way? Hebros is the answer.

The idea, simply put

The small snack vendor we all grew up with is tasty, fast and cheap — but scattered and inconsistent. Hebros brings that beloved experience under one trusted brand: research-based recipes, top-class ingredients, trained staff and standardised quality — across many focused brands, each built for a different craving. Our five-year vision is 250+ company-owned outlets across Gujarat and India.
